Prestige / Fame Points & GM module posting for characters

I have a character that I've run through 10 modules and only one is posted...I've mentioned this to the particualr GMs in question and get that they/she are/is behind in posting(by 6+ months!).....yet very recent ones have posted (same GM)for my newer characters. I have all the chronicle sheets for the modules with my character sheet.
This particular character has accumulated quite a few prestige/fame points I'd like to use....how does that work without the postings? Is it an honor system thing and/or cleared with the GM?
I posteed this to CS as well...I don't understand exactly how they work...since I am not able to 'use' them......

Chronicle sheets are really all you need at a table. If there's a conflict between the Chronicle sheets and the on-line recording, the sheets take precedence.

In other words, you're all good to go. (And spending of prestige isn't tracked anywhere except the Chronicle sheets.)

if you have the chronicles you are good to go. They are actually the more important of the two.

Triple confirmed - paper chronicles trump all online reporting. When you sit down to a table the GM isn't going to ask to see your character and then double-check against your sessions reported online in order to verify each one. We all know that, unless it's a GM credit, the online reporting is out of your hands.
