Help me build around these Cha based ability rolls

Advice

Starting an ap tomorrow that a friend is writing, for ability scores we did 3d6 in ability order. I have to work with...:
Str 8
Dex 10
Con 10
Int 9
Wis 9
Cha 14

So now I need to pick race / class.
Anything published by paizo is fair game, as long as it isn't specific to an AP.

I do not want to play any of the following: alchemist, inquisitor, monk as I currently am playing those in other games.

I was thinking of undead lord cleric, and putting racial bonus into wisdom, but with these stats I'm open to just about anything.

Takes real grit to play a character like this. Real old school gaming.

An undead cleric with wisdom 11 wouldhave serios restrictions on the max level of spellthey could cast.

I would build on the charisma strength and push it up to 16, and then play an undead lord Oracle.

Was thinking undead lord because of the corpse companion.

With the high cha I could channel a bunch to keep it and controlled undead alive and infront of me. Id get my lv 2 spells a level late at 4 with the ability boost. Then I'd need a headband by lv 5 for my 3rd lv. That would also suffice for 4th level spells and I'd get one more point at lv 8 for 5th lv spells.

I thought first of a summoner, perhaps a synthesist. A synthesist would basically allow to ignore your physical stats, but a separate eidolon would be more than your equal in melee.

A human sorcerer might also work well. That second feat at 1st level might go to Toughness. At higher levels, getting extra spells with your favored class bonus would help.

The Exchange

I'd do a sorcerer with an eye towards the Dragon Disciple prestige class....probably human is the best idea although an elf wouldn't be bad also.

I'd probably build a rogue or a ninja, and probably pick a halfling as my class. Then pick up weapon fineness. In combat you'll need a buddy with to help you set up flanks, but with sneak attack damage you'll do okish damage (not gonna lie the -2 will hurt).

Ninja would probably help a bit more since you'll be using your ki (charisma based) to perform a bit better.

That, and with the right skills you'd make a decent face of the party (16 charisma).

I gotta say, with no constitution, craptastic dex and no strength to speak of...melee is no place for this PC. He needs to be in back firing at the baddies with either spells or a crossbow...

Gnome or halfling, maybe half elf.

If you want easy mode go synthesist, half elf get the +2 will alternative racial and take the favored class 1/4 evolution points/ level

Depending on party size you can go bard, likely archivist (you'll want to take favored class skill bonus) or just regular as you prefer.

You don't have to count beefier classes out either, gnome would go well with paladin (sacred shield). Their Bastion of good will add your cha to your own ac plus a bonus based on level then have damage to everyone within a range of you and produce light effects. Furthermore you can add your shield bonus to their ac's as long as they're next to you

Sorcerer won't be bad either.

Basically just play off your charisma and I would try and get some tankiness in there or stay out of combat altogether

Your DM has to be cruel.

or this is group of mature gamers looking to forward to a good challenge. I would enjoy this.

The easy road is one usually not worth traveling when looking for adventure.

I think the youngest is 24 and the oldest has been playing since the original redbox :)

This is our 5th ongoing campaign over the last 3 years (we switch up who's game we play so the other GMs get some time to prep). We often find we blow through stuff easily that should be difficult based on APL, so we decided to give rolling this way a shot. It is going to make for some *interesting* characters this time around. It also makes feats / buffs more important.
If you have only +5 to hit, that +1 from a buff all of a sudden is a 20% increase, vs if you had +8, its far less noticeable :)

Sounds like you have a great group, enjoy your new campaign and good luck! Show em all that having Uber-stats isn't what the game is about!!

I'd probably go with a synthesist summoner and a race that allows you to boost your Charisma to 16.

cmon really? I suggested that for easy mode, but they already said they don't want easy mode. Lets go for something truly epic!

What did the other players roll? :)
