Hi I know archetypes are NOT compatable if they both modify.or replace the same ability.
I believe Crossblooded Works with either Tattooed Sorc or the Seeker sorc.
Crossblooded doesn't replace or modify class abilities at all. It merely lets you pick between bloodline power.
So at a given level you pick a power, then the Tattooed Archetype REPLACES what.you chose.
Example: A crossblooded Orc/Draconic Sorc.could pick either Claws or Touch of rage
But since you took tattooed archetype then you get neither of the Varisian Tattoo feat which replaces your bloodlime power.
Am I right.or wrong.

Unfortunately, you're wrong. Archetype combinations are forbidden if they replace or alter the same class feature. This is even the case if they're just adding new options - for example, you can't take two archetypes that both alter a class's skills, even if the only change is that each of them adds a skill to the class list, because both of them are altering the same feature.
That said, it seems reasonable to me for a GM to houserule otherwise.

Yea Varisian tattoo replaces eschew mats and because crossblooded doesnt interfer id say ur ok there. Familiar tattoo replaces ur 1st level bloodline power and since crossblooded doesnt change ur 1st level bloodline powers it just alows you to pick from 2 different ones id say your ok there as well.. Id be ok with it as a dm, but im not for sure if the rules lawers would agree with me...

Personally, I agree with you that Crossblooded should be compatible with these other archetypes. A lot of people would say that the Crossblooded abilities replace your Bloodine class ability, but I don't think that's necessarily a valid argument, since you still have each ability that is associated with a bloodline, namely "Class skill, bonus spells, bonus feats, bloodline arcana, bloodline powers".
I'm currently running a Crossblooded, Tattooed sorcerer in a PFS home game, and it's a blast.
