Forbiddance vs. Dimensional Lock

Forbiddance
and
Dimensional Lock

Forbiddance seems to be a much better spell, but is 2 spell levels lower; deals damage, larger area, limits dispel magic, and permanent.

What makes Dimensional Lock a better spell?

I believe you cannot travel out of a dimensional lock with the spells it limits, while forbiddance only blocks spell movement into and within it. Also, dimensional lock can be cast as a standard action with no costly material component (and is also on the sorcerer/wizard list) as opposed to 6 rounds and a healthy chunk of GP.

You can change where the dimensional lock is and it's free.
