Where (in what book) can I find the stats for a Hellknight? I found myself in need of them in our last game and just couldn't find the pesky thing!

At the time CotCT was released, the Hellknight PrC hadn't been created yet (the most recent version of that PrC is on page 287 of The Inner Sea World Guide). Guide to Korvosa suggests using 4th-level fighters as Hellknights.
For fully statted Hellknights, I believe this is the best resource:

The Council of Thieves AP features Hellknights in part 1 (1st-level trainees and a 3rd-level signifier), and in part 6 (regular Hellknight and a Paralictor). The last two use the Hellknight PrC as it was originally released in CoT part 3.

I can't recall any other books with stats for Hellknights.
lol! Not so dumb after all... No wonder I couldn't find anything! To think they would of statted them before Council of Thieves.
