Check out Planewalker.com They have ALOT of material. All fan run. I have used them before. Been a while since I have gone. Great site.

Of the things in Monster Manual I product identity are: beholder, carrion crawler, displacer beast, mind flayer, umber hulk, yuan-ti... I think that something else as well, but I can't recall.

Anything that wasn't put in Monster Manual I or Tome Horrors won't be open content, as a rule of thumb. Generally everything that was open content landed here or was already updated to Pathfinder[/url].

Githyanki, Githzerai, Kuo-toa, and Slaadi as well.

I deliberately (but mistakenly) left out Giths because I thought that they weren't in Monster Manual I, duh. About Kuo-toa I always forgot but how did I missed Slaadi?! :|

Search the forums, there's a VERY recent thread on Eberron race conversions that references the ARG.
