What a spell effect looks like varies from campaign to campaign and, at least in mine, from spellcaster to spellcaster. Or are you looking for some sort of symbol to represent a particular spell ? Like a stylized arrow for magic missile or a stylized fat bow for gravity bow ?

Where can I find visual representations of some, if not all of the wizard spells?
In your head. The best graphics engine ever designed.
Some folks Skin their effects to their own tastes. My last wizard had all effects look like fairies. A pile of fairies was her tensers disk, a few fairies was her Mage hand. A scare spell was distorted and smoky fairies screaming in pain etc...Another sorcerer was all about fire. Even cold spells had a fire visual. (The heat leaving the area via a gout of flame)
