Construct armor, fighter class, give him a very powerful race, and draw up the stats for his awesome guns. And a constant armor spell effect

I recommend a fighter, with modified Adamantine full plate (so it can be DR3/- with +4 max dex bonus). He should also be proficient with firearms, with point blank shot, precise shot, and have at least 24 strength and con, 18 dex, 14 int, 14 wis, and 16 cha. That is the basics of a spartan. However, you should make his physical stats a little higher.
