How would those of you that have run the Ravenscraeg "dungeon crawl" enhance or edit the experience to make things (even) more interesting than they are as written? I know everyone's game is a bit different, but I'm figuring since alot of you reading this have already run it, you may be able to give me a few pointers and the like.
Oh, and yes i have read the stickied Frozen Shadows thread already...

Ravenscraeg is a pretty good dungeon as it's written. One change that at least one DM made (that I'm considering for it)

was to convert Jorgen the Axe into Kelda Oxgutter's father. This would obviously be something that would require the PC's to take some interest in Kelda Oxgutter. Under this, the Oxgutter's owed a serious wereguild to Jarl Sveinn Blood-Eagle and was 'saved' by Kimandatsu to serve as a guard.
