The arch-types for cleric that modify domain would indeed preclude you from taking any other cleric arch-type that also modifies domain.
Once that "category", domains in this case, are modified by one arch-type, no matter how similar or exact match the modification from another arch-type is, they preclude one another.
I would assume this is because you are giving up one domain for more abilities elsewhere in the build.
I would also assume this precludes you from taking another arch-type and giving up BOTH domains.
So in short...only one arch-type that modifies the same "category".

I'm actually asking specifically about PFS though, whose rules are quite different from home play.
In most cases, rule questions are the same In PFS, unless pointed out otherwise in the PFS guide.
Since in this case it is not being pointed out in the guide as being different, it is the same in PFS which strives to follow the rules as closely as possible.
That is why he mentioned it was a Rules question not a PFS question.

It's illegal, because even if a particular archetype (e.g. Cloistered Cleric) fails to make it explicit, it is still the case that "In all other respects, this works like and replaces the standard cleric domain ability." So, once you take one, you no longer have that standard cleric domain ability for the other one to replace.
