Got lots of characters? Earned lots of chronicles? Ever show up at a game night and have to spend five minutes rifling through all your papers to see whether you've played that night's offerings?
You need our Scenario Checklist Booklet!
Get it from The Southern Ontario Pathfinder Lodge website.
1) Download the file.
2) Print it double-sided.
3) Fold the pages.
Voila! A booklet that enables you to keep a record as you play scenarios, so it's easy to look up what you've already played.
One piece of advice: when you go to print it, make sure your printer settings are double-sided, flip over short side. The document itself is a little crazy looking - the pages are all out of order - because it's intended to be used as a booklet.

Of course, but why print two copies, if you aren't going to use but the PC list from the second copy?
Maybe just an additional page with a longer column of PC name info lines, hmmm?

Or add lines, or put multiple characters on the same line...
But really, nice booklet Jeff. I've been thinking about throwing together a database for our group so we know who's played what this might help if we used it as a questionnaire.

Nice idea, but how does it handle people with more than 8 PCs?
I (currently) have 13 PCs with at least one Chronicle (GM or Player) from 1st to 12th level...
I had to make a choice in designing it between teeny-tiny lines and limiting the number of characters. I'm well aware of the fact that there are people with more than 8 characters, but I wasn't too worried about the limit if only because the character list is more of a frill than the actual point of the booklet. You can still check off character 9's chronicles even if their vitals don't make it into the booklet.
Still, let me fiddle for a bit - I might be able to throw together a single page of the same size as the booklet that you can print off and tuck inside so that those of us with the mild OCD have all their characters listed.

Why not just print out another copy of page 2 of the PDF, cut it in half, discard the right hand half, and use the left hand half (a second copy of page 2 of the booklet) as an insert?
Repeat the process when you create character 17...

Alright, there's an additional page formatted and ready to print as a supplementary document for those that need it.
It's posted on the same page as the link in the original post - duplicated here for easy access. :)

Happy it's useful. Interesting suggestions from Eric and Thod about alternative ways it might be useful - not something I'd considered, but if it helps you out in any way, please feel free to use it.
I'm open to suggestions on revisions, too. I've had one suggestion to add scenario tiers to the titles, just so the reference is complete - I'll probably add that in and post here once it's updated.

Jeff, I tried to download it .. the link is there, but doesn't work, a blank page comes up

There's a link on the website
But trying to follow the link gets me:
The requested URL /documents/Scenario_Checklist_Booklet_Extra_Characters.pdf was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
(Looking in the documents directory shows the GM Checklist and the Scenario Checklist, but only those two PDFs - nothing for Extra Characters)

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, or anything, but is there any way you could include the character level range as well as the scenario/module title?
That's a handy piece of information to have when you're browsing the list of tables being offered at a PFS event to see if there's something you could play.

Odd. It worked for me. I've fiddled with the filename; see if it works now.

It's on my to-do list; it was a feature requested by one of the VCs, so I plan on adding them in, re-uploading the file, and posting here when it's done. :)

The expansion sheet works with no problems now. Not that I need it yet, but I just download PDFs onto my thumb drive as a matter of habit.
I'll keep my eyes open for the updated version.
Thanks again for your effort. These new-fangled interwebs are useful - I get many of the benefits of the Ontario PFS, but I don't have to put up with Canadian winters. I much prefer the California climate.

Seems to work okay for me, if a little slow.
Yes that is the nature of website availability during peak times. I was just letting you know that at one particular time your site wasn't just slow it was completely unavailable aka down to everyone trying to access it through the internet.
I got to look at it today and its a handy print out. Thanks.

For the additional characters page: Add some place to put in either player name or PFS number, just in case the loose sheet falls free.
Scenario list: Season 1, scenario 55 is not part of The Devil We Know series, it should just be [li]The Infernal Vault[/i].
I am currently working my way through the form, putting in all the information for my characters, and will report any other typos or ideas as I come to them.

Excellent Resource! I was curious if there was plans to add Season 4 to the booklet or if you were waiting for more of the scenarios to be announced before updating? It's nice regardless, though, as I'm just discovering once again the old problem of scenario tracking that I had back in Living Greyhawk. Good times regardless, though.

Excellent. I'll patiently await the new booklet, then. :)

I'm really patient. Like extra patient. ;]
