Anyone recommend PopularCollections as a store?

Howdy all,

Done tons of ordering from Miniature Market and Troll and Toad for my various DDM and Pathfinder miniatures. Currently looking at Popular Collections, anyone that can recommend them? I usually like to go with stores I know well but would love to hear how reputable this one is =)

I got some Pathfinder Minis Black Dragons through them. They easily had the best price I could find, and they arrived in perfect condition, unlike the one I ordered from a big box store.

I just received my case of Pathfinder Heroes and Monsters minis. Shipping seemed a bit slow (order ~April 11th and didn't receive until today), but the price was right. None of the minis were broken and arrived safe. I would buy from them again if the price was the best.

I've heard the slow shipping comment more then a few times when they are brought up (sounds like a good amount of their things are ordered from a distributor when you make an order, and you have to wait for them to make it to the store before they ship to you) But otherwise I've heard only good things about both their prices and customer service

I've read one really bad review about Popular Collections online, and two reviews that I would say is just slightly above the average, and definitely not as glowing as some reviews given to Paizo and their customer service team.

I appreciate this thread because now I can get some input from other Paizo fans, I was considering getting a brick and all the huge minis as presents if I could get them individually, do you guys believe that this company has improved since they first started?

Well I did try to contact them about a preorder question didn't get a response :/ Maybe it's a small operation not a huge deal there but they raised their prices on a certain preorder too...
