Rules Questions

Question one:

Fearsome Strike:
Fearsome Strike (Ex)

At 8th level, a bandit can terrify an opponent with a single hit. A number of times per day equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 1), when a bandit confirms a critical hit and deals sneak attack damage to an opponent, she can choose to make the opponent frightened for a number of rounds equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 1). She cannot use this ability in conjunction with a critical feat.

Frightening:
Frightening (Ex)

Whenever a thug successfully uses Intimidate to demoralize a creature, the duration of the shaken condition is increased by 1 round. In addition, if the target is shaken for 4 or more rounds, the thug can instead decide to make the target frightened for 1 round.

This ability replaces trapfinding.

Is there any way to fear-stack using these abilities? I mean with other abilities as well, not just themselves. I wanted to build a Bandit/Thug Rogue based on fear stacking, and possibly getting the Dastardly Finish feat.

Question 2:

Shadow Spells:
hadow Spells (Su)

At 1st level, a shadowcaster uses his shadow to prepare additional spells. He must spend his entire period of spell preparation in dim illumination to use this ability. He may prepare a number of additional spell levels of spells equal to the level of the highest-level wizard spell he can cast. For example, if he can cast 6th-level wizard spells, he could prepare six 1st-level spells, two 3rd level-spells, or any similar combination that adds up to a total of six spell levels. These spells are stored in his shadow. He can only cast these spells when he is in an area of normal light or dim light. He gains Shadowtongue as a bonus language.

This ability replaces arcane bond.

How does this work with Cantrips? Strict reading would say that one you prepare ALL of your cantrips in your shadow. The question then is how busted can that get? Considering it can only be done in normal or dim light, and the fact that they're just cantrips, I'd be inclined to say it's nowhere near busted.

Shadow Spells: Either it does not allow storing cantrips at all or it does, like most other effects based on spell level, count it as 1/2 level but devs forgot to add that line.

*Bump*

I would like to see an answer to Question One as well.
