Alright, playing a factotum in a PF game, we more or less took it at face value, with very minor changes. add Int to CMD and CMB, and got a new arcane dilettante spell every other level to end with 10 spells at 20th. now, how exactly does quicken spell-like ability interact with arcane dilettante? do you take it for a single spell? or the whole ability and choose which spell to apply it to when you use it?

It would be for the whole of Arcane Dillettante, applied newly each day when you "prepare" your spell-like abilities. The rules of the feat would limit what spell-likes you could quicken.

Since Factotum gets so few SLAs with such stunted levels but the advantage that all but one of them can be at max level -1, I think Quicken SLA would actually be a pretty weak feat for him. He has far too few of them to afford dropping a lot of spellpower like a caster could, and his ability to gain an extra standard action also makes it feel pretty pointless.

Does your DM allow Font of Inspiration?

oh yes. i'm taking it four times. to get +10 inspiration points. Played a factotum before, more or less just curious about how it all interacted, I like knowing the rules. so i couldnt take it and apply it to three different AD spells each day?

We're playing kingmaker, and I ended up the king. xD Not what I expected but hey, it seems to work. More or less took arcane strike for my AD abilities, and power attack. mostly strength based, with really high int. trying to be versatile and be the party's fifth man. cover melee, ranged, anything they need. Thinking about taking deadly aim to be more proficient at ranged combat, maybe furious focus.

one other question, i know that after 24 hours, ability bonuses become peranent. so if i have an int headband on for 24 hours, i get more skill points, and if i take it off, i lose those skill points i gained from it, till i put it back on for 24 hours, yes?

Yep.
