I made the following two feats for my campaign. What do you think? Are they balanced?
Quick Rake
You have learned to quickly strike with your off-hand weapon after delivering a strike.
Prerequisites: Two-Weapon Fighting, BAB +1, Dex 15
Benefit: When you make an attack as a standard action and you hit you may make an additional attack with your off hand weapon at a -2 attack penalty.
This feat will give two-weapon fighters a bit more mobility.
Thrust
You have learned to plunge a deep and precise strike against an enemy when wielding a weapon in one hand.
Prerequisites: BAB +2, Dex 15
Benefit: You may as a part of a full-round or standard attack make one attack at +1 bonus and a 1d6 damage bonus. When making this maneuver you take a -2 ac penalty for one round. This attack must be made with a weapon wielded in one hand and your other hand empty. The damage bonus increases by 1d6 at BAB +6, BAB +11, and BAB +16.
This will make freehand fighters able to deal a bit more damage.

the first one if you choose to make an attack with an offhand weapon as a standard actions both attacks gain the -2 to hit as regular TWF correct? if so that's perfectly reasonable, there was a feat i believe that did just that in 3.5 and no'one claimed it was OP'd
the second one i find fine as well, its only 3.5 extra damage per d6, and it doesnt get any modifiers added to it on its own. both seem fine to me :)

Quick Rake (Combat?) As written = OVERPOWERED! You should add wording to ensure the off-hand attack suffers the normal penalties for TWF in addition to the -2 attack penalty, since the primary attack did not suffer a penalty. As written, if the off-hand attack is made with a one-handed weapon, you only suffer the -2 and not the normal -4 for TWF with a one-handed weapon.
Thrust (Combat?) As written = OVERPOWERED! Compare this feat with other combat feats. You are basically giving a character the benefit/penalty of a charge without having to move. That seems about the level of a feat by itself. In addition you are giving a damage bonus that gets better as the character levels. Power Attack gives a -1 penalty to hit for +2 damage. This feat gives a +1 untyped bonus to hit and a +1d6 damage bonus. Granted you give up all additional attacks to get the damage, but by allowing this attack to be made as a standard action, you are not actually losing those extra attacks. This feat should be limited to a full-round action. Also the damage increases with level, making this feat much more powerful than Vital Strike.
Now the way the first and second feat are written, you could add the Quick Rake attack after the Thrust attack.
EDIT: I don't understand why a Dex score is required for this. Seems more of Str to hit better and harder. You could keep the Dex and add an Int requirement and make the extra damage precision based.
