Hi guys

Previously on release day the bit for the PDF had a message saying 'PDF available 8am GMT/etc' or equivalent but today it was only saying 'PDF available GMT/etc. is this a bit of code gone wonky?

Looks like we were reversing if the timezone should be shown for some folks. It'll be fixed for next month's releases.
