Yes, both forms of Dueling enhancement are legal for PFS, IIRC.

Yes, glamered is a legal enhancement for PFS.

Check out both the download PFSOP Guide (currently v4.1, 4.2 due in late July/early August), and the online Additional Resources page.

I believe Dueling is a +1 bonus cost enhancement from the Pathfinder Society Field Guide, while Dueling is also listed as a +14,0000 gp cost enhancement from the APG.

Enough, sometimes, to make your eyes cross. I almost built a weapon for my PC in The Ruby Phoenix Tournament module with both enhancements on it, but the cost ran a little high for his gold allowance.

the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play (PFRPG) is a free download,
and everything in the APG is up/accessable at paizo.com/prd

haven't checked but google the duelling enchantment, might be up on that other site.
