Regional Starting Languages?

Rules Questions

Is there a Pathfinder sourcebook somewhere that indicates that you start with your regional languages, as well as common?

Such a Tian/Human character, do they start only with their choice of Tian-Xiu or Common, or do they start with both? Herolabs gives them both to me, but I'm not sure where this is coming from.

The Inner Sea World Guide lists the various races, starting with the languages they speak (e.g. all humans know Common, and Kellids get Hallit, their regional language).

There are rules for human ethnic/regional groups in Inner Sea World Guide, the main Golarion campaign setting reference.

Basically, PCs get their racial language addition to Common for free. Humans of an ethnic/regional background that has a language other than Common can take that language for free, as well.

So, if you're a human (Varisian), you start play speaking both Taldan ("Common") and Varisian for free, plus any languages for a high Intelligence score.

If you start out as a human (Chelaxian), you only start play speaking Taldan ("Common"), as that's the language of Cheliax.

Thanks Shadow and Haladir
