Hi, had a problem with the order but I think I fixed it and my account balance has dipped by the ammount for the order but I can't access my pdfs. Not sure if this is because the physicals haven't shipped yet but just wanted to check.

I checked your order and everything appears to be good to go. The only reason the PDFs are not yet available is that it has yet to ship, but it's in the shipping queue and should be going out soon.
