no. you can only gain one animal companion.
multiple classes which grant animal companions stack to determine its power. So one class would not stack with itself.
if they both granted an animal companion at Class -3 level, as a GM i might be inclined to just give a Class level animal companion. but that's not RAW.
You can never have an animal companion of a greater effective druid level than your character level. even the boon companion feat only allows you to go up to your character level.

Associated Domain: Scalykind.
Replacement Power: The following granted power replaces the Serpent Companion power of the Scalykind domain.
Dinosaur Companion (Ex): At 4th level, you gain the service of an animal companion. Your effective druid level for this animal companion is equal to your cleric level –2. You may choose any dinosaur as your companion.
Replacement Domain Spells: 4th—summon nature's ally IV (deinonychus or pteranodon only), 5th—beast shape III, 7th—summon nature's ally VII (brachiosaurus or tyrannosaurus only).

I think the only support for multiple animal companions RAW are the archetypes that explicitly allow it.
Most likely, these 2 domains would overlap (unfortunately).
Unsure of the interaction between this and the archetypes above, but it probably wasn't intended to get uber-beasts.
(Allow Eldritch Heritage(Sylvan) for even more fun :p)

Rules citation please? It's common sense, but I don't think it has any rules basis. (the fact that it's called out specifically in the feat description also suggests otherwise)

there's a ranger archtype for multiple companions. not sure about druid, don't see why not. Rangers trade in their 6th level bonus feat. not sure what a cleric would trade in. =/
not familiar w/ sobek's domains ( and failed to google find it on the webs ). Guessing the egyptian deity. but he'd need Scalykind (saurian) and Animal in his domains to take both. if you take a subdomain you can't take its associated domain, it replaces it effectively.
( on a power creep note, how come scalykind get an animal at level -2 while regular animal domain is level -3 ? )
with a custom archtype, could totally get two weaker animal companions. boon companion would be able to apply to one, not both typically. but they typically haven't had deity specific archtypes for clerics. maybe just a beast specific archtype, that any animal favored deity can choose. to make it more general?

core rules, p 51.
Animal companions > class levelThis is the character's druid level. the druid's class levels stack with levels of any other classes that are entitled to an animal companion for the purpose of determining the companion's statistics.

This does not limit your effective druid level to your character level.
It's fairly difficult to achieve an effective druid level higher than your character level, but depending on how you read things like these cleric domains + multiple companions, it's not impossible.with a custom archtype, could totally get two weaker animal companions. boon companion would be able to apply to one, not both typically. but they typically haven't had deity specific archtypes for clerics. maybe just a beast specific archtype, that any animal favored deity can choose. to make it more general?
Boon Companion applies exclusively to 1 companion at a time, but may be taken once for each companion you have.
It also restricts this increase from exceeding your character level. This is particularly good for Pack Lord druids and Beastmaster rangers as it allows a reasonable bump in power to each of their companions.

sorry, i thought you were asking for a rules citation on the limit of animal companions / how their effective druid level stacks.
There's nothing explicitly in the rules saying you can't have an effective druid level higher than your character level.
but since boon companion is the only thing i know of that raises your effective druid level for animal companions, and that does have a ceiling of your character level, i don't think there is any way currently to raise your effective druid level beyond your character level.
having a domain that, starting at 4th gives you a companion at EDL 2, and another domain that gives you a companion at EDL 1, would be an either or in most cases, since the class wouldn't stack with itself for determining effective druid level.
I just mean that the intent of the designers is that your effective druid level won't exceed your character level.
