Hi guys i am one of the 2 DM´s in our Kingmaker Campaign and i am searching for some new fresh ideas to pimp our Adventurepath.
Thats our group:
We have a female Barbarian (Druid) / a male Paladin / a male Monk / a male Inquisitor / a female Witch / and a male Wizard.
1# ADVENTURE STOLEN LAND
And thats our Mainstoryplot:
We killed the Staglord and explored the Stolenlands, our monk found a friend in a chaotic good troll named Gorrum who sees him now as his halfbrother, the witch died but got reincarnated with an powerfull artifact (kind of a soulstone) which has grown into her chest and slowly loses his magic everytime she gets under zero hitpoints also she got a headband which allowes here get visions of dead people(a little bit like six sense but she dont sees dead people all the time), the inquisitor turned into a werewolf by an evil witch which gave him also the power over her whole werewolf clan. He sees her now as a kind halfgod and wants to be her King(His words ;) )! Ahh and of course the Babarian girl died and now she as a Druid.
2# ADVENTURE RIVERS RUN RED
After that crazy s!@& we are in the second Adventure "Rivers Run Red" and these things happend:
We all got some duty in our new kingdom called "Sekral" the witch is our magister / the paladin our general / the druid the councler / the monk the highpriest / the werewolf is the headsman/ and our wizard is the spymaster.
The paladin tries to build an army of paladins which shall defend our city. The witch wants to build a coven with outcasted wizards, witches and sorceres. Our monk has the idea to create a cult of loyal followers which would die for him. The wizard has build a circle of spys which found out that the witch has an affair with her guard, paid an squire to get in the duty of the paladin as spy and found out that the druid and the werewolf had sexual intercourse in their wildshape (i am not kidding they really did but they are also a couple in real life so i think thats their thing XD)
We decided that the druid will get twins and one of them gets robbed by the evil werewolf witch to raise it as one of her owns and that it will become a evil nemesis who tries to slay his father to get the power over the werewolf kingdom. Both kids will age really fast and the good one will be raised by the druid an some surrogate mother perhaps he will rule the city we didnt thought about this that much.
3# HERE COMES THE REAL STUFF
That was only to get u an insight about our chaotic group. Now comes the new stuff we thought about we want to extend the story from the kingmaker campaign with 4 witches.I talked already about one of them they are all sisters and shell be our main endbosses in the following adventures everyone of her wants to rule the river kingdoms with her own evil plan. But here comes the problem we dont have many cool ideas what plans that could be and thats where we need your help.
Only things we thought about are the following things:
- When one witch dies the other ones are getting stronger
(cause of her soul transfering to the ones left over)
- The wolfmother (evil werewolf witch) wants to raise an army of werewolfs which shell conquer the river kingdoms
SO PLEASE PLEASE HELP US WITH YOUR MOST DIABOLIC PLANS you can think of or if u have any other awesome ideas for the history of our group/adventure.
Big thanks to all of u
Marco

Werewolf hunters.
Brother true dragons in the Slough that unite the lizard men under their banner, forging a kingdom in the swamp. Bonus points if the dragons are a mated pair with offspring that are working towards this common goal.
Wendigo.
Fey rebellion.
Witch hunters jonseing to burn them some long pork at the stake as a result of internal unrest. Superstitious folk and all that.
Centaur war if the rulers don't make nice with the "natives".
Demonic and undead infiltration from Mivon to the south. (BBEG there is an advanced hag lich Cleric of Gyronna.)
Daemonic cultists.
Worse. Yog-Sototh cult quietly begins operations out of Candlemere, releasing Spawn of Y-S "when the stars are right". They abduct sacrificial victims hidden in warded areas, have will-o-wisp "herders" and randomly plague the kingdom with "practice" rituals that unleash nastiness, such as a gaggle of fire vampires, hounds of Tindalos and packs of dimensional shamblers/invisible stalkers.

Damn Turin that just sounds delicious! You are definitely MAD! :-)

Don't forget the undead from V - might be a little too close to the actual story arc, but undead cyclopses (and others - centaurs!) roaming the plains, swarming the villages...
Have you killed the undead under the hill of the Staglord's ruins? Upgrade them to ghasts, have them kill the locals (assuming you bild a city there), while the group is out adventuring, let them return to their city and find out... some things have changed.

Hi Guys.
Im the second GM in this game. First of all, thanks for your ideas. But since we are sharing the DMing from book to book, pls try not to spoil anything from Rivers Run Red till the end. Its hard to maintain a fascinating story with shared DMs already :)
But they were some really great Ideas . Thanks guys.
Can you think of anything to spice up the whole witches as BBEG idea?

Hag circle style witches.
Witches with the "long hair of strangulation" shtick.
Fly-by greater invisibility on broom bombing runs?
Motivation is best set up early (spurned lover style) for the ladies to attempt to exact vengeance later. A fistful of flesh golems wreaking havoc, PCs respond, witches nuke them from orbit. You want some game time to pass between spurning and vengeance.

Here is one I am currently using:
The second storyline is a bit more esoteric and particular to Golarion, so if you don’t choose to use it, you can leave the Rovagug part of Story thread #1 out and just substitute any evil god.
Story in a nutshell: A lion worshipping tribe of Numerian barbarians (with accompanying dire lion riders, lion shamans, and priests of Rovagug) heads south into The Stolen Lands, set on birthing an evil from Rovagug himself. They carry a rough seed and seek to expose it to an aberration living on Candlemere island (a gibbering mouther at the botton of a well) in order to give birth to an emkrah. A similar event happened in the Legacy of Fire AP in Book 3, so either reference it for the creature or check the d20pfsrd.com online to find info about it. Since the castle on Candlemere island is left up to the GM to flesh out, this is the perfect place to inject any sort of weird or strange horror you would like. If the party does nothing to stop this from happening, the birth of an emkrah creates a sort of zone of evil perversion in a two hex radius all around Candlemere, which is disastrous if the PCs select the Stag Lord’s fort as their capitol.
I chose this particular story because I have a priest of sarenrae in my party, and a druid of the green faith, both of whom this event would greatly upset. As an alternative, select any supernatural evil or cult to place on the island, as long as its effects spread out further into the kingdom. Perhaps a Lovecraftian element, a small colony of intellect devourers, or a newly risen church of Gyronna.
Full Story- The Lion Riders of Numeria wish to destroy everything in Brevoy for the glory of their god, Rovagug. They hatched a plot which the anticipate will help them accomplish this end.
In the north, they are using a Rogarvian petty lord as a dupe to create a civil war, which they plan to exploit, keeping the flames fanned and re-igniting fighting whenever peace threatens to ensue. A civil war between the Swordlords and the King will be just the level of destruction they are looking for!
In the south, they plan to hatch an emkrah, and use its energies and destructive power to conquer the PCs kingdom and take control of the Stolen Lands. They can use the Stolen Lands to hide their forces and launch raids into Brevoy, while their spies cause strife between the noble families, creating as many open wars as possible.
Timeline:
1- Have the PCs see a lone barbarian lion rider venturing down into the Stolen Lands as a scout, mapping the path to Candlemere Island. I had them see these scouts off an on for a month or so leading up to the Baron being poisoned, and they have yet to take action. Once the political issues up north start happening, theres a good chance the party may neglect their own kingdom or at least investigating the lion riders, which gives them time to birth the emkrah and start their own takeover of the PCs kingdom.
2- A very large party (20-30) move south, carrying the Rough Seed. This should be a hard fight for your party, but winnable if they are smart and try to stop them.
3- The Rough Seed is exposed to the Gibbering Mouther, who begins to transform into the emkrah.
4- Party starts hearing reports of tainted farmlands, mutated , corrupted animals, and strange beasts roaming the hexes around Candlemere.
5- The barbarians settle down near Candlemere and began constructing a fortress on the island (or nearby if you prefer to keep the isle itself haunted).
You can conduct this ongoing conflict with the party in any fashion you like, but if the party manages to foil either their northern or southern plans, it should upset the cultists and weaken their overall powerbase, giving the party an advantage.
