Order # 2010823 Pathfinder Battles subscription

Back on the 28th March I ordered a pathfinder battles subscription (Order number 2010823).

I noticed yesterday that on same day I placed the order Paizo took $479.68 from my Credit Card for the order. Can this be investigated - the FAQ clearly states that the credit card will only be charged when the miniatures subscription is despatched and only after an email detailing the upcoming shipment?

I will be charged interest by the credit card company due to this mistake.
