Hmmm, as a regular Pathfinder judge at Dreamation/DexCon, I am wondering if you contacted Art Lobdel (the Venture Captain for the region that includes these conventions) or David Santana (who organizes the Pathfinder offerings at both cons). I believe one or both have the contacts at Paizo to facilitate such a request.
Double Exposure is presenting DexCon15 This July.
If Dreamation, our winter convention is an example, (there needed to be an overflow hotel) Then DexCon is going to be HUGE!!

As the OFS coordinator at Dexcob, I would like to point out that Dexcon is the same weekend as Paizocon. So we will put n the biggest show ever for Dexcon's 20th Anniversary.

Pathfinder has (to my knowledge) run at DexCon and Dreamation since year zero. Pathfinder will (as far as I can see) run in the future. Each year the number of players and tables grows. If venture lieutenant VLTRoccktor says there are plans in the works for a big event at DexCon 20, then the event is being planned (and I am not in the loop for that event). I know Pathfinder Society will continue to run in the meantime as usual. My point is he would be a good point of contact for requests involving Pathfinder at the con.
Perhaps Paizo could make available how to go about inviting staff as a guest for conventions. (If such information is not already available to those higher up the food chain).
I am unsure what RPS is, but I have discussed possibly running Pathfinder Society mods at several stores (as have other judges I know). I do run a lot of society mods at Dex/Dreamation so you have probably seen me since you are on the Double Exposure staff.

I think you are missing the point. But Brian, I have been runnig for Vinny since 1995. I worked with David Samuels, on RPGA, co ran LSJ for Vinny , Ran Living Arcanis with Art Lobdel, ran the Gathering before it became NAGA. And now runnig NGA under Mark Whittikker. Just ask Vinny.
As for runnig Pathfinder at other Vinny cons not Dreamation or Dexcon, we usually leave that for the Avatars. though at any time Vinny wants us to be there we Wil be.
Between ow and then, we have Pathfinder unning ,at Mepacon, weekly on the NYC Paththfinder group,. We are currently working towards Origins and I have already posted someof the offerings for Dexcon on the calendar here. And we are always looking for other venues to run, such as Gamers Gamit in Fairlawn nj and Twenty Sided store in Brooklyn. We also run home dames and are more than happy to explore more places.
We are doing 12 conventions a yeare currently, with Dexcon the crown jewel. And always expanding.
