i think every one is forgetting the monk description of unarmed strike, a monk is able to make unarmed strikes with any body part that is unbound as normal, so flurry of blow work if a monk is bound to a chair but his legs are free.
so a monk uses first turn to grapple, next turn,
grapple is maintained as a free action, full round action ensues in the form of a flurry of blows or maneuvers.
tl/dr: as per description, you could headbutt or hump your opponent at your highest attack bonus as a flurry or regular attack
