Item crafting question

So, mostly about scrolls actually. If you write a scroll, you can choose the caster level, i know that much, and it uses up to your caster level (which goes for wands too i think). what about feats? Spell pen, spell focus, other feats like augment summoning? do those get applied?

I do not believe that feats get applied to spell completion items, such as scrolls, with the exception of metamagic feats.
