So after reading more about Spellslingers, I'm enthralled with the idea of making one. Despite this, I've also recently been watching a series known as Hellsing Ultimate, and that got me thinking: I so wanna make a vampiric bloodsucking epic vampire that uses 2 pistols and makes little school girls and catholic priests wet their pants!
The issue is deciding the best decisions to go along with the theme of how to go about making him.
Obviously Illusion is going to be one of the schools of magic I'm going to use (lots of nightmarish visions), Necromancy being another definite.
Probably going to go with a human, however the main issue is the vampirism...
I'm going to try and have to come up with some sort of balance and propose the idea to my GM to be a freakin awesome vampire. Currently first thing that comes to mind is that while in character, whenever I'm asked questions or ordered to perform certain tasks, I'll have to act in character and be an arrogant person who wishes nothing more than the pleasure of seeing sheer terror on peoples faces, friend and foe alike, even if its against the better nature of what the current situation calls for. I'm simply not sure what kinds of additional pluses and minuses on a character who is a vampire should have.

I'd suggest you go Dhampir. Being a mix of vampires and humans, it should fit the purpose of your character.

No. Just don't.
Trying to model other media's characters in PF is terribly frustrating. Specially when you come down to anime characters, who do pretty crazy-ass stuff.
I do know the series and love the characters, but aside from the rules side of it, Alucard makes a pretty terrible RPG character. From what you just described, I wouldn't touch this character with a 10 ft poke, even less play alongside him. He would be a jerky, disruptive character whom everyone hated.
Just don't.
