Bow of Seeking Weapon Ability questions

If I have a Bow of Seeking, will it negate any penalties related to shooting into soft or partial cover? What about firing my Bow of Seeking at an enemy who is prone or kneeling? I know the Seeking weapon ability works against concealment and total concealment (if fired at the correct square), but what about cover or an enemy who is prone or kneeling? Thanks for any clarification!

The bow only ignores concealment, not cover. 3.5 had another enhancement that would allow an arrow to go around walls and negate partial cover. I think it was in the Complete Adventurer or Complete Warrior book.

Just to clarify, I agree with the above and the bonus AC gained from going prone is not a cover bonus.
