Do you have ideas how to built a sword-wielding monk who's abilities are similar to the ones of the protagonists/antagonists in Chinese Ghost Story?
Objectives:
- Fights with a sword (katana, nine-ring-broadsword, temple-sword, or something stylish)
- high jumps and if possible slow falls.
- very good acrobat & climber
- should be viable in play as a damage-dealer
- level 10 or level 12 build
- should be able to fly (at level 11 or 12) and fight flying if possible (probably with
winged boots)
- must be elf, half-elf or human or half-orc with the pass for human feat.
- 25 point buy + level appropriate gear
- all paizo pathfinder books (UC, UM, APG,...)
- if possible: no golarion-based fluff-crunch (sorry for the word)
I ask this because I see nice builds for unarmed monks, maneuver monks or archer monks. I'd like to have a melee damage dealer.
No comments like "monks suck at dealing damage", "monks are so MAD" or "play a fighter", if you please.
Thanks to everybody in advance.

I'd go weapon adept monk, use a temple sword, and put big ranks into acrobatics.
Use Qinggong monk archetype idea, and see if you can get air walk for the Wuxia moves, and you're pretty much there.
And remember, you can't shove all of your stats into dex and wisdom and still do great damage easily. It's fine to hav ea lot of strength, and less emphasis on the rest.

There is a very good -- if somewhat outdated -- Treantmonk guide to monks that you should be able to find if you search.
Also, regarding using a sword: monks are proficient with the temple sword, so that is the obvious choice. However, note that there is some controversy as to whether it is really allowed to make all your flurry attacks with a single weapon. As far as I know, there hasn't been any official word on it. I bring this up not so that this discussion can spill over into this thread, but so that you know that someone might challenge your ability to do it. I recommend asking your DM to make a ruling on the matter before you start play.

Thanx for all the advice so far.
Treantmonk's guide I know already.
@petty alchemy: Did you see "A chinese ghost story"? I'd like to build a character similar to the protagonists.
I just wanted to know if it is possible to build a (more or less) melee monk that is as (or almost as) effective as a zen racher.
@Danny: I'm positive monks can flurry with a single weapon. It says ANY combination" in the description of flurry if I remember correctly.
I will probably present a weapon master build soon.
