I thought I'd share my Pathfinder conversion of Rowyn from "There is No Honor," done with Heroic NPC stats.
To keep her as a CR 5, I added a level of bard, though I suppose you could argue with the wealth she has (I left the gear as presented in the mod) she might actually be CR 6 (I didn't think it reached that level, but obviously YMMV). I also used the poisoner archetype, as I thought that seemed appropriate.
I kept the tactics the same, so her AC and melee attack reflect her use of Combat Expertise.

Clearly you have raised her level of threat considerably. Her Rapier attack has improved by 3 and her spell selection is vastly more dangerous. Only you know your party well enough to know if that is the right thing.
Looking at the Obits thread the final fight with Rowyn has not caused to much of a problem. For a final fight it should be tough so I would go for it.
It is certainly a nice conversion.
