Hi to the Pathfinder world, having only come across the Pathfinder game today im a little confused where to begin.
Im 33 with little knowledge of gaming having only played heroquest as a teen... being in uk there seems to be little or no clubs playing, can anyone give me any info about games in the uk, be good to chat to some us gamers to find out where they started in the Pathfinder world.

Where in the UK are you?
I'm in East Kent and have a regular group with new players always welcome. But I'm aware I'm out of the way for many people here.
I'm aware of groups in London, close to Cambridge, etc. Best to check with our Venture Captain - Dave - he knows more GMs as I do and knows where they are from. I'm sure we will find something for you.

Check out the profile for the UK Venture-Captain;
Up the top of the screen, you'll see the option to send a message directly to his in-box here.
He'll be able to tell you if there are any clubs or stores in your area running open games of Pathfinder Society, which is a good way to meet new players.
They have some rules slightly tweaked from the PF Core, to help make it easier for players to drop in and out, which fits the background story, which is that all the PCs are members of the same graverobbing mafia,...whoops, I meant 'really prestigious archaeological fraternity'.
If you can't commit to a long-term campaign every week, it's a way to still get games, and advance a character at your own pace.

Hey, I've recently started the Tri-Base Tabletop Gaming club. We're fairly new and I'm still getting the RPGers out of the woodwork, but we're starting to get a good base and have a number of folks interested in at least playing 3.5/Pathfinder. I'm not sure about GM's for Pathfinder/3.5 yet. But we are always looking for new people. If you email TriBaseGaming AT gmail DOT com I can give you some more information.
