Today's Paizo Blog says it was just sent off to the printers, so I doubt they will get a chance to review the final version of the book til they get preview copies back from China. Oh, and since the blog says this:
In the very near future we’ll be sharing some previews of this book, which is chock-full of new options for characters of all playable races.
I am sure there will at least be some legal stuff in it for all the core races.

I am sure they put quite a lot of thought into the new race guide. Besides giving us cool goodies, the race boons probably allowed them beta-test the new races in the context of PFS.
I am excited to hear what the limitations, if any, there will be on them. Could the new races possibly play into the story line for season 4 just like the Asian influence from ultimate combat played into season 3's story line?

I wish Paizo didn't print their goods in China. Maybe then things might be released when they say they are in the catalog as well as in publishers magazines.
I bet Quad/Graphics, a Wisconsin-based company, would be interested to hear an offer. I met Quadracci in 1994 on a field trip for my graphic arts class in high school. We toured their Sussex facility, visiting the premedia ("pre-press" back then), the web offset and web flexographic press areas and their magazine distribution area. A quick scan of their website shows that they can saddle-stitch bind hard-bound and perfect bind softcover books, and that they have facilities in the US, Latin America and Europe.
I really wish I was getting some sort of kickback for mentioning them, too... :/

Even if they didn't come via boat from China, we could still experience other delays in the process (like those printing delays that have affected our novels line, which is printed in the USA). Shipping is only one stage of the production cycle in which delays can happen.
