So I have a boon that will let me play a legal Tiefling.
Looking to understand what my options are starting with:
1) is the Feat Fiendish Heritage legal for PFS play? (according to http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/fiendish-heritage it is in Pathfinder 25: The Bastards of Erebus which isn't listed on the Additional Resources page so at first glance the answer would appear to be no.. but since Tieflings and other non-core races are only available via a special boon I was curious if there was an exception.
2) if it is, how does it work in PFS - specifically the variant abilities which a wildly variant... and appear to open up all kinds of fun to consider options....
From a role-playing perspective I'm seriously looking at a Tiefling Paladin - probably not the ideal from an optimization perspective (unless I can use Fiendish Heritage to vary the stat blocks a bit to boost CHA) but the image of a Tiefling in full rebellion from his family heritage seems like it offers a lot of fun options... though from an optimization perspective a Sorcerer or a Rogue might be better options to consider...

Though I am holding off from making my Tiefling in hopes that Pathfinder Player Companion: Blood of Fiends will be added to additional resources for those players that have this boon, or get it.
But I doubt it..

I've got a Tiefling question.
I've got the boon and am running my Tiefling now... and I'm working on appearance. Nothing of major impact... just the way she looks. I've been discribing her as "Black hair, Yellow cats eyes, Unnaturally Thin - almost unworldly, 3 slim fingers and a thumb on each hand. very small horns (nubs) at the hair line. NO tail (why does eveyone think Tieflings have to have tails?! I do not like the tail - so no tail.)
So, do you think this will work? It's not "re-skinning" right?
I'd thought about giving her little stubby wings that didn't do anything but would look cool. but that might have been pushing it I think.

I'm doing the same thing waiting to see what 10 bloodlines they allow for tieflings. If Mike or Mark dont move on it fast I'm gonna leave like a 1,000 messages on their smartphones!

Nope, this isn't reskinning at all, its using the canon, which says not all tieflings have tails and horns. The most famous Golarion Tiefling (Radovan) doesn't have horns
Tieflings vary greatly in individual appearance from one another, depending not only on the ethnicity of the human parent, but the type of the fiendish parent. They can have horns, greatly varying skin colors, hooves for feet, tails, unusual eyes, and so on. These variances mean that two teiflings born from two different fiends might have vast differences in appearance.
