Skills: Pathfinder vs. Arcana Evolved

Has anyone ever produced a cheat sheet for Skill conversions between Pathfinder and Monte Cook's AE? Or is there anyone out there kind enough to summarize the differences between the Skill chapters?

It seems to me that the Pathfinder skills are more akin to AE than to 3.5.

Monte did collapse some ofthe skills that Pathfinder did, like the Stealth combo but not quite as many.
