What would the LA on a Skeleton be?

I'm gonna make a Bard/Warblade Skeleton we mix the 3.5 books in with pathfinder to open up more options. So I'm trying to find what my LA would be in this case. The bestiary would seem to suggest nothing, but I figured I'd get some second and third opinions on it.

Str +4
Dex +4
No Con

DR 5/bludgeon
Immunity to Cold
Undead Traits
