I'm finding some peoples aliases are blocked from PM's. Possibly through my own inadvertent actions.
Is there any way to unblock someone?
People can opt-out of PMs. It is on the 'my account' page, so those folks probably have decided that they don't want them.

You can also block individual people from sending you private messages. To see if you've blocked anybody, go to the address book tab on your private messages page. If there's a link saying "Show blocked senders," click that to see who you've blocked. Next to each name on that list is an unblock link.
