Multiple Target Spells as Potions

If you make a spell like hide from undead into a potion with a caster level of three, can you administer that potion to three creatures?

I think not, instead a caster level of three would only serve to increase the duration of the potion to 30 minutes.

Is that right?

A potion can only be applied to one person. It would increase the duration though.
