If i have a +1 Bane outsiders evil pistol does that bypass the DRthat a evil outsider would have or do I not bypass DR but get all the goodies +3 and extra 2d6 damage?

You would bypass "DR Silver or Good" and "DR Cold Iron or Good" on most low CR evil outsiders as it gives you an effective +3 enhancement bonus which bypasses DR silver and Dr Cold Iron. You would need to have a +3 evil outsider bane pistol to bypass their DR once it became DR Good or DR Special Material and Good.
