What is the effect on the caravan of a character who can cast *Create Water?* The Player's guide talks about *Create Food And Water* and that banquet spell, but is silent on the topic of *Create Water.* I wanna know y'all's thoughts.

I would say "absolutely nothing." One can assume the caravan gathers water as it goes, or just has Koya use her create water for everyone. Given that it is a cantrip, she could easily supply the whole caravan by herself without any help.
If I was being 'nice', I would allow the Scout role to gather 3 units of provisions in a day's work (instead of 2 units), with the aid of Create Water spell.
