Opalescent White Pyramid (Ioun Stone)
Aura moderate transmutation; CL 12th
Slot none; Price: 10,000 gp; Weight —.
DESCRIPTIONEach stone of this type is keyed to a particular kind of weapon (heavy flail, light crossbow, short sword, and so on) and grants you proficiency with that weapon.
Cracked: The stone grants the wearer weapon familiarity with the keyed weapon (it is treated as a martial weapon for him). Price: 1,500 gp.
Flawed: This stone grants proficiency with the keyed weapon and gives the wearer a –2 penalty to Dexterity. Price: 3,000 gp.
See Inferior Ioun Stones for details on cracked and flawed variant stones.
Considering that the weapons it list are always a single weapon I would say no. Even though you only need one feat to gain all firearm prof. You would choose a single type for this item just as if choosing a feat to apply to a weapon.

Cracked gives a specific weapon familiarity, not a feat. If you have 2 pistols and no proficiency, then put the stone into one of them, just that one would be treated as martial. The other would suffer a penalty even though it was the same exact weapon type. It specifies the keyed weapon, not the keyed weapon type.
