Well Itsgametime, its pretty easy go to your equipment page in your CRB, it should be in chapter 6 around page 151. There should be a chart. First you need to be a class thats proficient with medium armors, to make sure you dont suffer from any extra penalties.
Next, what race are you playing? Are you medium sized? like a human or half-elf? or are you small like a halfling or a gnome? Medium creatures generally move at a rate of 30ft, while smaller creatures generally move at about 20ft.
Medium armor despite your movement speed unless otherwise specified encumbers your character and doesnt allow for a speed to excel that of the armor... for most medium and heavy armors that speed is 20ft per movement action if your medium, 15ft if your small.
Lastly, your Dexterity bonus is currently 0. So you gain no benefits, nor do you suffer any penalties, that being said if you DID have a Dex bonus, different types of armors have different dex maximums allowed.
For example chainmail offers only a maximum of +2, so even if you have a dex score of 18, you only gain up to a +2 from your dex despite your score. On the other hand with the same score you could wear something like hide, and it would allow for a maximum of a +4 bonus, which would allow for the full benefit of an 18 dex score to be used.
Hope all this info helped!
Cheers Mate!

Sorry, I'm a half-elf ranger, my brains a little overloaded after a few hours of solid reading. And now I'm feeling a little stupid for overlooking that in the chart :]
