Saving Shield's text is very specific and succinct: it provides a +2 shield bonus to your adjacent ally's AC.
Regardless of which of the three shield types you are holding -- light, heavy, or tower -- you provide a +2 shield bonus.
The feat doesn't seem to care whether it's a masterwork heavy shield, a regular tower shield, or a +5 light shield. It's a +2 bonus.
