Basically it's what happens when a mad necromancer animates a small army of zombies, then somehow combines them all into one colossal-sized super-zombie that acts as one creature (potentially shedding zombies as it takes damage). I'm going to need to design this thing myself, but I have two potential starting points:
- apply the Zombie template to a titan or other colossal humanoid. Basically, it's a really big zombie with some special consrtuct-like properties.
- base it on an enormous flesh golem and add some undead properties.
I'm leaning towards option 2 at the moment. Any ideas?

CR should be about 12 or so - maybe a little higher. It's going to attack a citadel manned by 5 10th level PCs and a bunch of low-level men-at-arms. It needs to have staying power more than anything else - something that looks really big, scary, and impressive, and will take a lot of resources to put down. Something that can do a lot of property damage.

To fit the shedding zombies idea I'd probably start off with this as a base

Then I'd edit it over to zombie and swap out the stats for that of a titan or other similar critter. Drop the reform ability down to one turn and set it a scaling amount of hp rather than hp zero and let it rip. That is just me though.
