There are a lot of change to rules made by devs that are scattered around the forum. Can we have a section or a PDF with all this change that are official? It's difficult to follow all this news, expecially for non native english speakers.

There is actually a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section linked in the upper right hand corner of every page. If you go there, you'll see a box with different products (Core Rulebook, Advanced Player's Guide, etc) and topics. Click one to see all FAQs for that product/topic. This covers 90% of the "official" rulings/clarifications on things.
