Our group is going to start Night of Frozen Shadows this weekend and the group of 4 has now become 6:-
Cavalier 5th (+ his incredible horse which should be party leader)
Ninja 4th
Druid 5th
Wizard 5th
Bard 4th
Fighter 4th
Any quick and easy ways to scale the adventure?

I'm GMing a group of six players. They're not always all able to play at the same time however (the caravan helps with the verisimilitude of PCs dropping in and out of the action). I'm dividing the XP by five and applying it to all PCs, no matter whether they actively took part or not.
I've thrown the Feast of Ravenmoor module into the journey from Sandpoint to Brinewall and even with that extra XP I don't foresee any problems with my group being overpowered.
Are you dividing the XP by 6? I don't understand how your group can be at such high levels if you are dividing by 6...

well...
if you go by core rule book you get an APL of 4.5 which rounds up to 5. you add 1 for the 6th character and if you add in the horse and the druids companion you are looking at a APL of 7ish. challenging encounters which is what i like are APL + 1 = 8 or 3200- 4800xp worth of creatures per encounter.
as an example the first encounter with a dozen ulfen raiders is 2400 xp giving you a budget of 800-2400xp to play with so they might be led by an additional level 4-5 fighter or barbarian captain with a dire wolf pet.
you can adjust up or down depending on how much min/maxxing your players have done and if they are playing combat heavy builds.

As I mentioned the group of 4 has now become 6 so I was thinking about the AP moving forward. The Bard and Fighter are new so they are a level lower. The Ninja missed some xp when he died. I have run two short adventures along the road from Brinewall to Karlsgard.
