I know, I know...another conversion of this. I did use multiple sources to pull from, including other conversions to incorporate into this.

Its Sat Night, I'm bored, watching the cartoon and thought I'd try a version. Whatcha think?

The 'style feat' each level can be used to select a form of "bending" or a ki level (kinda the power level) that gives the attack its damage, distance and DC.

Elemental Bender Monk

I would suggest checking out this campaign. It is a campaign set in the Airbender world. It has rules for d20 (3.5ish) benders of all types.

Hope it helps.

Yeah, I've seen it. Amazing. I actually drew some inspiration for powers from that, but I wasn't so sure about using the rules as they designed them being skill based. I just think the skill system looks like it can be easily abused (Not that I've playtested it - so I might be talking out of turn here) but I just wanted to try something different and make it feat based and set it up that you could take ech "style" as a feat. And have one ki level feat to power those...that way you could be a jakc-of-all-trades or a master of one, but not both.
