1) Can Divine Bond be used on two weapons at once provided you have adequate uses of the ability left? (I think yes)
2) Does the weapon you use Divine Bond on have to be the same weapon every time? (I think no)
3) When the power speaks of the +5 maximum enhancement bonus you can add to the weapon, is that a maximum of +5 on top of the weapon's existing enhancement bonus or a maximum of +5 for the combined bonus of the weapon and the Divine Bond benefit? i.e. if the weapon is already a +5 weapon can Divine Bond be used to enhance it further? (no clue)

1) & 2) It's a bit ambiguously worded. The reference to if the weapon is destroyed could be read as 'whilst it is enhanced by Divine Bond' or it could be read as you choose a weapon for this ability as the line about if it is destroyed says you can't use it for 30 days after it is destroyed. I would go with explanation no.2 - you could a specific weapon when you gain the ability and that's the only weapon the ability works with.
3) It stacks with the Enhancement.
"For every three levels beyond 5th, the weapon gains another +1 enhancement bonus, to a maximum of +6 at 20th level. These bonuses can be added to the weapon, stacking with existing weapon bonuses to a maximum of +5, or they can be used to add any of the following weapon properties: axiomatic, brilliant energy, defending, disruption, flaming, flaming burst, holy, keen, merciful, and speed. Adding these properties consumes an amount of bonus equal to the property's cost (see Table: Melee Weapon Special Abilities). These bonuses are added to any properties the weapon already has, but duplicate abilities do not stack."
I've bolded the relevant parts.

The weapon can be enhanced further, but those enhancement points have to be used toward special abilities. A magical weapon cannot have more than a +5 enhancement bonus.

1) its open to interpretation but reading the rules i would say no, since it only applies to one end of a double weapon it would seem that it is ment to only affect one weapon at a time. however as a gm if you wanted to spend 2 swift action over 2 rounds to buff both of your weapons with the ability then i would allow it, so i'd say ask your gm.
2) no you can pick a weapon each time you use it
3) if a weapon is already +5 you can divine bond it and add special properties to the weapon but you cannot make it a +6 weapon. the enhancement bonus is the +x which cannot go above 5, the weapon can be a +5 flaming burst, holy, keen weapon with your weapon bond active at level 17 (it was a +5 weapon to start with and you added flaming burst which is a +2, holy which is a +2 and keen which is a +1)

1. No... your divine bond is essentially with a spirit that possesses the weapon. It can't split itself in two. Nor can you call more than one.
2. No. but if the weapon is destroyed while the celestial spirit is within, the spirit is killed and you have to wait the requisite time before you can use the feature again.
3. The maximum that you can put on any non-epic weapon is +5/+5 TOTAL, whether that comes from enchantments or your bond is irrelevant, in other words your bond can't push it over the limit. This rule also applies to all other similar class abilities such as the Magus Arcane Pool.
