I tried a few times to place an order just now (and earlier - say 2hours ago) but my VISA card was declined. It seems to work fine on other sites I buy from. Is there and issue with your credit card verification or similar? Or is it my card? Oh, and my regular subscription was charged to it today, so that seems to have worked fine.

It appears that our system was having some sort of connection problem. I retried the order and it went through successfully.

You can now download the PDF.

Thanks,

You guys are awesome. Unfortunately it appears to have gone through twice now?

I checked and I do not see a double charge on our end. There were, however, several unsuccessful attempts to authorize your card for the transaction. It is likely that one of the unsuccessful authorizations got through and created a pending transaction, separate from the ultimate successful one upon which we settled and charged your card.

The extra pending transaction should expire and go away on their own.

Thanks,

No problems. The authorize thing gets me everytime, the link was very helpful and cleared up the issue for me, thanks for the response.

Trying to buy a product and go through the 3-step process but keep getting kicked back to #2 (submit payment method.) Tried several different cards and emailed "customer service" twice. No response. Not happy.
