Question about Bows and Arrows

Rules Questions

I am about to play in a game where I am an archer.

I have the opportunity to buy my gear and fine tune it.

The current weapon I am using is a +2 Composite Long bow (+4 Str).

I also have the opportunity to buy a Quiver of Plenty for 1,500g and Upgrade it to a +2, selecting the pre-requisite +1 enhancement and then the +1 Holy Enhancement.

If I fire my arrow from by bow, does my hit count (as +1 and holy) or (+2 and holy?). I am fairly certain that it would not be +3 and holy because that seems to violate stacking, but +2 and holy actually does seem reasonable.

Any opinions?

+2 holy.

What is a "quiver of plenty?"

A 3.5 piece of equipment: When an arrow is put into this magical quiver, it is magically copied to produce an infinite supply. By speaking a chosen command word, the wearer of the quiver can dismiss the enchantment and recover the original arrow.

The most basic quiver of plenty only duplicates non-magical arrows; for an additional cost, the quiver can duplicate enhancement bonuses placed upon the arrow in the quiver, but only up to a number of bonuses equal to the affixed value for that particular quiver. Some enhancements cannot be totally duplicated; for example, a copied spell storing arrow will not copy the stored spell possessed by the original.

It is not a Pathfinder standard item.

Ah... thanks.

When combining magic weapons and magic ammo, you take the highest enchantment bonus (+2 in this case) and combine the various effect bonuses (holy). If the bow was a +2 flaming bow, the arrows in this situation would be +2 holy flaming arrows.

Easily modible weapons......I knew there was a reason that I liked archers.

That's a sweet quiver. I have to cast abundant ammo on my quiver for the same effect. One of the things I found works well is if you have a poisoned arrow, then it is non-magical and gets copied. You end up shooting alot of arrows and sometimes the mobs fail.

I was about to use the quiver as is. I even purchased one of each arrow: adamantite, mithril, and even cold iron, but my DM is telling me only normal arrows. So, OK fine infinite normal arrows.......with +1 and holy added on. He would honestly be better off letting me use the alternate material arrows as versus what I could do if I got even a little creative.
