Readying Full Attack Actions while Mounted

Rules Questions

+
Hello all.

My players recently expressed interest in utilizing our Draconic bloodline sorcerer for what they've deemed "Goblin Village Bombing Runs." The ide as they've expressed it to me, is that their halfing Alchemist will ride on the back of their sorcerer while in form of the dragon flying over a goblin village, and then ready a bomb to throw when they reach a certain point over the village.

So my questions are these:

If an intelligent creature you are riding makes an independent move action on their turn, can the person riding it still make a full attack action?

Can you ready a full attack action to be made when certain circumstances occur? Or only a standard action?

Can they even ride one another in form of the dragon, let alone make an attack mid-move?

You can't ready full round attacks.

Negative. Readying an action allows you to specify a Standard Action (or less) to take place later under certain conditions. Full Attack is a Full Round Action, so too much for the Readied Action.

As for Riding the Dragon, it would <should> be the same as riding a horse. So no. Even though the dragon/horse is using their move action for the movement, you have to wait until they are close enough to do whatever you want to do. If that's more than 5ft, you are restricted to a Standard Action (or less if they double move).
