What stop the players from teleporting to the end?--(spoilers)

Jade Regent

I know it can't happen at level one, but what about later? From what I understand they know where they have to go even if they don't know about the evils they will have to face.

PS:I don't have the adventure yet, and if I get it I will probably be the GM.

The macguffin artifact (The Amatatsu imperial seal) necessary to prove legitimacy for the throne is explicitly immune to teleportation by anything short of deific intervention. It's a plot point. Also, teleportation is more useful (and reliable) for revisiting areas rather than trailblazing.

Thanks

Additionally, it becomes apparent fairly early (well before teleport) that you are traveling to a place that has faction(s) that wish you all(and ameiko) dead dead dead. Popping in without any knowledge of the area 'could' be a fast suicide.

This your taking the slow walking route to gather information, allies, experience and artifacts to help you in your quest. If you teleported to the end you'd leave behind at least one object you need and wind up dead very quickly.
